Since there is a new Shiseido bonus I wanted to do a mini review on one of my new favorite products, Shiseido White Lucent Brightening Moisturizing Gel. This one is specifically for readers like me who have oily/combination skin or live in super hot climates. Since we moved to south Texas six years ago I have been faithfully using my Clinique Dramatically Different Moisturizing Gel as my nighttime moisturizer in the summer. I love this product but sometimes I wish it did something more for my skin in addition to superior moisturization. I recently tried a sample of Shiseido White Lucent Brightening Moisturizing Gel ($59.50) and this is a product that I absolutely love. The texture and quick absorption (also no noticeable scent, which I appreciate) are similar to DDMG but this product has the added bonus of being a whitening product (and now that I am over 40, this is a feature I am beginning to need in earnest). I purchased the full size product about a month ago and have been alternating using it at night with the DDMG and I am thrilled with how my skin looks, I highly recommend it!
